I understand not all stains can be removed.

All the weather seals on my doors and windows are in working condition. I assume full liability for any windows or doors that are not properly sealed with weather seals to prevent any liquids from getting into the house.

I understand intentional driveway, concrete or wood decking staining may be removed during pressure washing.
